Inconsistent units and misaligned lines on welder UI

2 issues with the welder ui when hovering over a block:
-In components only mode, it shows the number of each component in the inventory indicator. However, when switching to raw materials, it indicates both components and ores in kg.
-Secondly, the lines showing the ticks and quantity of owned ores are misaligned because there is no gap in line with the title "Use Raw Materials:"
