Solved

Once you start the contract it no longer is possible to see the stuff you need to deliver.

so basically the player needs to write the stuff down he needs to deliver.

Other quests/contracts showed the stuff you needed to do.. but apparently not for this one.

I could not reproduce this issue, I can see all items needed to be delivers without a problem. Does it still occurs for you on current Game version: 2.2.0.2002?

I reproduced this by accepting the quest at the station, and it never gave me the list of items I did this all in the same instance of playthrough, maybe that has to do anything with it I never shut the game down after installing it when I got to that point so maybe that can reproduce the bug? I'm on the latest version that is available on steam May 15th.
