Assembly Bug - Projector Permission Issue

Description: I am reporting a bug related to ship assembly using the Projector system.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a ship project using the blueprint/projector system.
- Begin building the ship from scratch.
- Leave the vicinity of the ship for an extended period (e.g., logging out of the game, dying, or traveling to another planet).
- Return to the construction site and attempt to continue adding parts via the projector.
Observed Result: The game prevents adding new parts from the projector. An error message appears stating that I do not have permission to add pieces to that specific grid, even though I built it from the ground up.
Expected Result: I should retain full permissions to continue the assembly of my own grid regardless of time elapsed or distance traveled.
P.S.: I encountered this bug while playing the specific mission-based game mode (starting at the mission station), not in standard Survival or Creative mode.
