Glitched Manufacturing Facility Quest

Hi,
In the second quest given, the Manufacturing Facility, I've produced the Heavy Duty Plate. I did it twice in case i missed a step.
Now, it hasn't moved on to a next objective, it just sits there telling me that i need to produce the following item, but no item shows. Screenshot attached.

I have the same bug 
I should mention, I worked through it, by completing the two batteries that are undone and the quest completed, but there's no indication that that's what you need to do. Even after doing the first battery and getting a notification that you've completed part of the quest, the message at the top still stays there unchanged.
