When I approached the Starter Base contract the Prospector station and 2 other signals were discovered within the 10km radius. Two of the signals were contract sites. One was the manufacturing facility that had a bullfrog above the large cargo container. I do not recall what the other signal was. I was able to grind down the two contract sites for free components. I was still on my first contract to acquire the Starter base.
