Blocks are not added with the Paint Tool Color
Not a Bug
Select another color in the Paint Tool. Then place a new block on the grid. I expect it to have the selected Paint Tool color, but it doesn't.

This is intended behavior. You can change the colour of blocks with holding the "R" key while a block is selected from the Toolbar.
As this is intended behavior, I will close this thread as Not a Bug.
