Paint Tool does not update its displayed color

In VS 2.2: When you pick up a color with the Paint Tool with right click, the color of the paint inside the transparent tube does not update. Switch to another tool and re-select the Paint Tool, and now the new color is displayed.
I have the same bug Access denied
