Objective 2: Complete the Manufacturing Site
This task prevented me from continuing to play.
The materials needed for this task include permanent magnets, and permanent magnets require a Refinery. However, at this time, the Refinery technology has not been unlocked. I cannot undertake other tasks, nor can I unlock the technology. I have no idea what to do.
