Welding bug - Materials status and warning message

The game keeps showing the raw material menu while welding components. The game actually shows raw materials being used along with the components, even when the player has no raw materials. The game beeps warning message at the top right of the screen that the player does not have enough raw materials, even though the player is using components and has plenty.
