Visual artifact during weather events

I have a visual artifact appearing at the top-right of the screen only during weather events. When I fly out of the weather, the artifact disappears, and when I fly back into the weather, the artifact comes back. I first noticed this artifact on Caligo, but this image shows it on Verdure during a rain event.
My GPU is a RTX 5070 Ti
