Block Drills rapidly pass ore back and forth

When using ship drills, ore is rapidly passed between each other, causing frame drops. Bug is likely caused when a drill passes ore to another drill, which then passes it back to the original drill. Bug stopped happening when a container was placed directly onto the drill.
