After Repairing the ship it still shows the control seat as a objective and will not let me continue with the contract.

I just passed this mission - the description of task #2 "Repair and deliver" is not well written.
It says "Repair engines, seat, gyro, reactor" - when you repair it for 100% - nothing happens at all.
Sorry to say that, but with a current quantities of bugs in other missions - first and second what you think about is "not again, I should abandone one more contract".
Just willing to "solve a bug" I moved a ship to the GPS of Shipyard - and I could not even thought about it - contract counted it as a correct solution and proceed to the task #3 "Finish repair of shipyard modules".
Please make an additional step which triggers at 100% repaired listed modules and saying to go to shipyard.
Or at leat describe it clear at task #2: "..., and after you finish repair - deliver ship to shipyard"
Because at every other missions - if it says repair or build - you should make it and wait for the NEXT instuctions, like "go to transfer point".
