Hydrogen tank 5m built in survival from blueprint is full

I was building a ship from blueprint in survival, hydrogen tanks are built fully loaded with fuel.
I have the same bug Access denied

Hello Kirill Gorodiski,
If the blueprint was made when the Hydrogen tank was full, then it will be full after placing it in survival. This is currently expected behavior and will be adjusted in future.
As such, I will close this thread as Not a Bug.
