Painfull welding

Yes, I can weld with my handwelder, but it takes an eternity when it is broken like that.. Here is a video of what I mean by this. https://youtu.be/TD9pYBdPhco
In SE1 this would be a matter of 2 seconds, here it takes much longer.
I'am sorry If you feel like I complain a lot in my last reports, but I just want the game to get better.
In addition, I turned on advanced menu before building, but I only skipped a time, so it should not have a big impact.
