Impossible to place upside down blueprint

I have a blueprint of a large ship, and somehow it's saved upside down. I am able to place it as is (upside down), and structural supports generate. (i don't need a crashed upside down ship)
But I am unable to place it if I rotate the blueprint projection 180 degrees to face planet with landing gears. Most of the times it says: "Some blocks could not be built. Verify that the build area is clear." (it's clear).
And rarely it is placed, but without structural support. It doesn't allow to weld a structural support made by myself, and if I try to weld any existing block, all projection falls to the ground and spins around that one block.
So for now I have no possibility to build a large ship on planet surface.
