Idea: Concrete Formwork Block (Low / No PCU Structures)

Idea: Concrete Formwork Block (Low / No PCU Structures)A small building-focused idea around large static structures.
Concept:
A concrete formwork block that allows players to build permanent structures without consuming long-term PCU.
How it works:
- Players place formwork blocks like normal blocks (walls, slabs, columns).
- The formwork is “filled” with concrete using resources.
- Once complete, the formwork is removed.
- A concrete voxel remains, taking the exact shape of the formwork layout.
The resulting concrete structure would:
- Not count toward PCU (or count very minimally)
- Be static, non-functional, and non-modular
- Require demolition to remove
Use cases:
- Large bases and foundations
- Hangars, runways, bridges
- Terrain-integrated builds
- Dams and large civil-engineering structures
Open Question: How should the game handle floating concrete voxels?
To keep things simple and avoid exploits, any unsupported concrete voxel is automatically removed. Concrete would need direct contact with terrain or other supported concrete to exist; otherwise it fails to form once the formwork is removed.
This keeps the system lightweight, predictable, and aligned with existing voxel behaviour.
