Atmospheric thrusters not strong enought

I'm trying to design an atmospheric mining ship. and I'm struggling a lot.. after 10 try of full spec out and full design.. it fail to mine... to the point now i have to test the thrusters..

The smallest ship we can build for mining is this one. (Empty weight 3526Kg)

Then if I calculate the thrust required for this empty ship.. it's 3 small Thruster in each direction to not crash the ship while flying. 4974Kg Thrust

When fully loaded with ore 16400Kg (8t drill + 400Kg cockpit + 8T connector) the story change.. 3526kg + 16400kg = 19926kg

We need 12.02 small thrusters just to hover on place.. but then don't go too crazy on your flying skills.. to really have a ship that can stand in all direction.. you nee something like this.

Its 13 thruster in each axis. Then i added one thrusterat the time in each direction until it can lift itself. The result make no sense.

I mean to have a small miner that can load itself.. you need this... Drill, connector inventory are too big? thruster not powerful enough?.. gravity too strong?

Gravity.. i mean with the number it's look ok to me.. maybe the weight of the block are too heavy?.. i mean there no decoration on that ship.. add decoration and you are dead.

Then some will say just take the one thruster bigger. for a fully loaded ship again.. you need one thruster in each axis. not bad.. but this should be a small ship. I don't see how this can be possible. the thruster weight is 16T for 16T of cargo? = 32T single drill ship?

I can design great ship like this next one. but again when i start to mine a few ores.. it crash bad.

Like this design... 3 drill setup you need 3 thrusters in each direction.. then with the weight of the thruster.. you probably need one or two more.. 3 thrusters x 6 axis.. it's 18 thrusters or 50T of weight just for the weight of the thruster...for a 3 drill setup. crazy.

17.65 times smaller.. maybe rise it to 6000? around 1/5 the thrust
