Hello Wolf Knight,
I can see the error states that a thumbnail is larger than 1mb. You can check that by going to this folder:
Then checking if the icon.png in your blueprint folder is larger than 1mb.
Additionally, you can attach your blueprint to this thread so that I could take a look for a potential reason for this issue.

I tried to change the thumbnail size it doesn’t work I also tried exporting a single armor cube it still won’t work I even tried to make the thumbnail pixel art still doesn’t work I also reinstalled steam still getting the error.
