Mouse and keyboard freezes. Constant hovering of the mouse and keyboard, while the game itself does not hang, the actions continue. Even if you exit the menu and minimize the game, the friezes remain in the system, and the mouse and keyboard hang when the game is minimized. At the same time, the system is not even 50 percent loaded, and schedule changes do not affect it in any way.Replacing the mouse does not help.

Have you tried other USB ports for your Mouse and Keyboard? Have you checked if your USB ports are working correctly?
As we cannot reproduce your issue on our side, I believe the reason for your problem may lie in the USB ports.
