Game crashes on start up

I click play (Tried steam and .exe file)

small loading screen pops up,

then: "Application crash- we apologize for the inconvenience. see the log for details."

my pc specs:

windows 11 (up to date)

ryzen 9 5900x

RX 7900xt (drivers up to date)

64 GB ddr4 ram

Samsung SSD 980 PRO 2TB : Type: SSD : Format: NTFS

I have tried:

-dx -dx11 -dx12 etc.

run in admen mode.

turn on compatibility mode.

verifying game files.

moved to a different ssd.

restarted pc.
