Random crash in combination with web browser floating video player

For the second time today I had a crash in similar conditions.
I had my web broswer's (Firefox) floating video window on top of SE in order to watch a movie while playing. Doing so sometimes captures the cursor from SE to the video player, because it seems like the cursor does actually have a position, even if it is not visible to the player within the game, and if that invisible cursor enters the bounds of the floating window, SE loses the focus.
It seems like in both occurrences, the game crashed when I was clicking in order to place a block, but the SE lost focus at that moment, caught by the floating window.
EDIT : Got a third crash, without any floating video player, so it might not be related after all. See the second batch of log files. The game is really hard to play today...
