Assembler bug - not enough input storage stoppage

When you tell the assembler to make many items, like 200 Chemical Synthesizers it will begin by pulling the total amount of the first ore into the Assembler Input storage which it will max out and not have enough room to pull in enough ore to build a single quantity. In this example 36000kg of copper is the first ingredient which causes the assembler to pull in 8000kg which clogs it up.

The same situation happens for almost every item if the quantity is too high and more than one ore type is required.

The Assembler and other machines are not able to clear their own Input storage when items are cancelled. We must manually remove the order so that the Assembler can load what it needs for the next component, as long as there's enough room to load the total amount.
