Grid not reconnecting

I have built a grid with cargo container, assembler and smelter connected via connectors. I ground away part of the grid to add other blocks now the assembler and smelter will not transfer items to and from the container.
I have the same bug Access denied

Haven't kept up with all the reports on here as I've given up playing until this gets fixed (Along with the 7.5m container issue) but I imagine there must be more reports of it too.
