To make the game accessible, there should be an in-game handbook that has illustrated explanations for every block and game mechanic, with hyperlinks to other handbook pages.
You could even link to handbook from the game world. Like hover over any item and press [H] to open the corresponding handbook page. Or press [?] button in any menu to open handbook page about how the menu works.
The handbook also allows studying past tutorials in text/image form if you forget information, or if you skipped the tutorial somehow.
