unknown signals disapear when moving towards them or if I mark them with gps and exid leave game

This doesnt happen all the time but more than a handful of unkown signals disappear after spending minuts trying to get to them. or they disapear if you grind the wrong part or mark it with gps and leave game, when loading back into game the unknown signal isnt there anymore. this makes the game feel fake and breaks gameplay.
I have the same bug Access denied
