Survival mission does not properly update, when grinding and replacing thruster

When I grind away the partially completed, previously projected hydrogen thruster by mistake and then later replace it with a thruster at the same location from the build menu and finish that thruster, my mission does not update properly and I have to reset that savefile.
I have the same bug Access denied
