Personal consumables are half assed and don't make sense.

Issues
- It makes no sense that a tank or battery can't be refilled or recharged
- They don't stack in inventory taking up screen space
- They're unbalanced with power being the only really useful one.
I'd prefur modules to enlarge/improve each of these respective resources. I would also extend this system in include tools moving them out of the materials inventory entirely. This foundation could be made as complex or simple as you desire.
You could even make these customisable suit swapable and salvagable into componet parts introducing engineering into suits.
