Welding Hydrogen Thrusters reproducibly crashes my game

While building a mining ship I crash every time I weld 2nd size hydrogen thrusters. I can reproduce it on my end and most of the time get crash dumps created and the game just closes. I can weld one or two thrusters, irrelevant which ones, on the docked ship. then crash happens.
What I've tried:
Updated to very latest NVIDIA drivers,
verified game files.
Savegame is attached.
ProcessFailureDump.dmp is attached.
I have the same bug
retried after reboot and lowering gfx settings, no change, still crashes after welding more than one Hydro thruster. Found and attached latest logs.

It appears only the grid I was docked to is "cursed". When I fly far away from it and weld the thrusters there, I do not get any crashes.
