Access/Maintaince Hatches

We've all been there (Not me, but maybe you). You take a boatload of damage and important stuff like conveyers, Hydrogen tanks, batteries, etc are damaged/destroyed. But you can't reach that stuff to repair it. Why? As you boxed in all of your interiors. Solution, an Access hatch. Can make interiors look nice but also allows you to get into crawlspaces or gain visual of your important blocks. It would be like the access panels that we had in SE1, but a full block.
