Starter Base Contract

I am unable to reset this contract. I removed the ore detector prior to knowing that I had to finish it as apart of the contract and now even with abandoning the contract and restarting it it does not allow me to finish it. It wants me to finish the ore detector and even if I replace it with a new one it does not register it. I am unable to proceed to any other contracts until that one is finished.
I have the same bug
I finished the Ore detector first before I knew it had to be fixed. When it came up in the list as part of the contract, it did not detect that the detector had been finished.
I had to grind it down to a non working state and complete it again for the contract to complete.
