Not sure if it is the same bug, but I sometimes have to grind/weld a block on a different side. Hoping that gets fixed when they add range/area affect to the grind/weld tools.

Confirming bug, sometimes it starts and then just stops, other times it just wont start, moving about to a different face or angle usually fixes this issue.

Same, sometimes restart helps but it might glitch like this again soon.
