Crash after adding voxel tool to my toolbar

Hi !
Just got a crash after adding the add/remove voxel tool in first position of my toolbar.
Play around a little bit with voxels to discover these tools. First few toolbar assignments worked good, but at some point, i got this crash.
I have the same bug Access denied
