Discord Bot for Support Site

I would like to suggest adding a simple Discord bot that mirrors new and updated tickets from the Keen support site into a dedicated, read-only Discord channel.

The main goal is increase visibility and accessibility.

A very large part of the Space Engineers community spends most of their time on the official Discord server and many players are either not aware of the support site or simply prefer the Discord chat. As a result, a lot of feedback, bug reports, and suggestions end up in general chat, where they quickly get buried or mixed with unrelated discussion.

How it could work:

• A bot posts each new ticket on the support site into a read-only Discord channel
• Each message contains the ticket title and a direct link to the support site
• Tickets are ofc searchable in Discord by title and keywords
• No direct posting in that channel to keep it clean and readable

To keep real-time discussion possible, each ticket could have an optional discussion branch channel on Discord, with a clear reminder that actual feedback, votes, and comments should be posted on the support site itself.

Why this helps:

• Makes the support site far more visible to Discord users
• Reduces suggestion and support spam in general Discord channels
• Helps moderators, since they no longer need to constantly redirect people to the support site
• Drives more meaningful feedback and traffic where developers actually read it
• Keeps discussions organized instead of scattered across Discord chat history

This is not meant to replace the support site at all, but to act as a bridge between Discord and the support platform.

On a personal note, I can help with this. I already develop and maintain several Discord bots and would be happy to contribute or prototype such a solution if the idea is considered useful.

I really think this could improve communication, reduce moderation load, and help Keen get more structured and actionable feedback from a much wider part of the community.
