found refinery

Not sure if this is a bug or not. I found a refinery on a messed up grid. I wanted to take it home and add it to my grid. Of course, I know I can't directly add it to the grid but the problem is that when I tried to move it it wouldn't move at all. I had cleared out all blocks around it. After grinding it down I did not see anything that could be used to block it from being moved.

i don't think they added in the option to turn static grids into ship grids yet or vice versa. could be that refinery is a static grid

I ground down all around a block (a drill) and it became mobile by itself. It didn't touch any voxels. I don't know yet what the conditions are.
