Catwalks, Stairs, and Railings not attaching

Catwalks are not lining up correctly with the stairs. SS attached, but I cannot get stairs to attach to each other or the stairs to the catwalks. The railings are also not easy to align. Snap points seem to be the issue I'm guessing.
