Allow us to make a blueprint from unbuild blocks

basically the title, sometimes I want to make a structure to put multiple times on my ship, but to make a blueprint out of it, i have to:
1. create it
2. weld it
3. made a blueprint
4. grind it down
5. attach the new blueprint to the ship
6. weld it
new process would be:
1. create it
2. make a blueprint out of it
3. attach the new blueprint to the ship
4. weld it
as you can see the process is much faster this way without cheating
yes I know it wouldnt know what stage the block is at, but you could circumvent that by just making all the blocks default to 100%
