Different points of the storyline I have encountered an error where the games frames will freeze, dialogue and other audio continues and my monitors goes black. Upon first forced power shut down, I discovered that my GPU had be "corrupted" and required a reinstall of the AMD adrenaline software, and additionally disabling and re-enabling my GPU in the device manager. I am uncertain how to recreate this, however, ill provide my system specs for analysis as this is really my only quantifiable information I can provide at the time. These issues occurred for me after landing at the second site with the additional grasshopper ship, upon leaving the next station with the hydrogen ship, and lastly after landing next to crashed ship where the front of it falls off after entering.
