The game does not start

When launching the game via Steam, the game starts launching and stops after a couple of seconds without an error window
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H (2.30 GHz)
16 GB ozu
RTX 3070 Ti laptop GPU
as soon as the game appeared on Steam, there was no such problem.
Now, even after completely reinstalling the game, I can't get rid of this issue.
