SE 2, Smelter was removed from starter platform 2.0.2.33

Just logged onto my survival world and saw popups in the upper right corner. The pop ups said "Some entities were adjusted or lost due to incompatibilities or removed mods" and "one unknown block was removed from the grid 'Starter Platform'" and then i noticed my smelter was no longer on the starting platform where i originally had it. Im not playing with any mods or anything like that and now the smelter and its inventory is all gone.
