Sector 2 Reactor Repair Contract Bug

I made it to sector 2. I completed one contract to repair a hydrogen site. I then selected the other contract which was to repair damaged reactors and the mine uranium to get them running. However, when I arrived at the location it told me I had to repair like 4 batteries and a 2nd objective was to repair conveyor lines.
Inside the base was a reactor and assembler. I was not able to grind them at all, so before I left I grinded the walls behind them and was able to grind them from the outside.
