Lost Asteroid Base mission (Prospector Base) not finishing

Can not finish "Lost Asteroid Base" mission (Prospector Base). Even if I have repaired all the stuff, the quest does not update. Tried alredy few times, repaired the stuff in the right order, but still can not finish this contract. The message "finish repairing the base" does not disapear, even if all parts are already repaired.
I have the same bug Access denied
Also effecting the planet side recovering cargo pods to the hanger. Can't go any farther because these are the only 2 mission options and both are bugged

Found the problems with 2 & 3. For the base raided by pirates, if you don't get the containers in the middle of the cargo are near the marker, it dosen't finish. Not enough to get them in the room. It marks each objective as complete when you get the container in the room, but won't finish over all and doesn't say why.
For the finish the base, the broken boxes that you have to move away from the pad, bounce off the asteroid and back close to the pad. It doesn't say what the problem is, but you have to move the boxes back away from the base.
There are a lot of thread/bugs started about missions not finishing. Problem is, nothing telling you what is wrong.
