Enable Bypassing the Version Check for the Vrage Hub

With the hot fixes being released and the Mod SDK being updated hours after the game, the version checker is making it impossible to create new mods or edit old ones.
Another option could be to include the needed game in the version of the Mod SDK so that even if the main game updates, the Vrage hub uses the version it has within it. I know that means it will take up much more space, but if someone is already making mods, they probably have a decent amount of storage since assets can take up lots of disk space.
