Need More Information

I was playing and more than once I had a glitch where my mouse and keyboard controls (last input) would "Stick" preventing me from any other control until I reinputted the stuck control again.

Eventually my controls locked up completely and I could not escape from the game or even get to the security screen (Ctrl Alt Delete) of my computer. I ended up having to completely turn my computer off an on to gain control.

Issue repeated its self again both times I had a tool out, however this time I was stuck walking.

Attempted to replicate bug by pulling out tools while moving but bug would also occur when flying grasshopper and sledge. The frequent lockouts are causing the game to unfortunately be unplayable. Being interrupted every 5-10 minutes having to perform full computer restart.

Found that similar issues have occurred for other players.

Hello HAMMARS801,

We could not reproduce this issue on our side even after extensive playsessions. Do you have any overlay (like Steam, Discord etc.) open while playing the Game?

discord overlay - disabled

steam overlay disabled

logitech mouse and keyboard but using default win11 drivers

keyboard unresponsive after +- 15 minutes gameplay. disconnect keyboard reconnect works but will lock in a few mins again and again

I'm having a similar issue myself, whether I'm on windows or on linux via steam proton compatibility. They keyboard has what I would almost call a "keypress cache issue." Thrusters will respond instantly to a key press but they can sometimes keep going for several seconds after releasing the key. As an example holding W to fly forward, release W and thrusters will remain full throttle for anywhere from 3 to 15 seconds afterwards. No mouse issues thus far but I'll include what I have.

My keyboard is a kechron v6 with rotary encoder (volume knob), Corsair Scimitar RGB MMO Mouse

Hardware specs are AMD Ryzen 7 5700x, Nvidia RTX 5060Ti on a MSI Mag B550 Tomohawk motherboard, 32gb RAM
