As for your issue, I'm afraid I cannot help you in this matter as according to the logs you've provided, your GPU is below minimum System requirements and is simply not strong enough to handle the Game.
This is the only GPU that is detected by the Game is the integrated Intel UHD Graphics:
If your laptop does have dedicated GPU, please let me know and I will try to assist you in enabling the Game to detect it.
