FPS cap issue with Vsync and VRR

Specs:
- Windows 11
- AMD RX 7800 xt
- 144hz monitor
- VRAGE3 v2.0.2.29
- Latest AMD driver (25.11.1)
When VRR and Vsinc are enabled the game have an issue with FPS cap.
The engine switch the FPS cap semi-randomly from 30 to 60 FPS, with the GPU usage switching from <50% to ~98% respectively, and the monitor HUD shows weird/floating refresh rates.
Disabling Vsinc the FPS rise above 60 FPS (without tearing) with my video setting, as expected.

In Space Engineers 2, VSync defaults to 60 FPS (the Game itself is simulated in 60 FPS). If the FPS value does not exceed the monitor's refresh rate, I would recommend playing with VSync disabled.
As this is intended behavior, I will close this thread as Not a Bug.
