Grinding a Cargo / Assembler etc..

Basically grinding a Cargo / Assembler etc seems to delete what ever was left inside of it. Pretty easy to reproduce just leave a battery cell inside a cargo container and grind it away, the battery cell isn't droped on the floor.
While sorting this can we get the Inventory full system to work more like SE1 instead of pinta of items.
I have the same bug
