On-boarind kind of spoils the first experience
I think the on boarding section is very well crafted and thought out, it does what it is supposed to do, giving you all information and direction to start your survival game. BUT
-The tutorial kind of lets you achieve everything already. The awe of getting to space for the first time wasn't there because i didn't do it myself. Once the tutorial was done i was left with a feeling of "Ok.. now what?" Because in a survival game the first phase should be about surviving and starting to thrive in the environment you start in. Only later comes the part where you start to expand.I wasn't ready to start from phase 2 and it really demotivated me to the point where i saved and closed for the day.
-I feel like it could be compressed a bit, i felt like wanting to start my own adventure soon and got inpatient
-This is a technical one, the cinematic was accelerated for some reason.
