Did this not populate properly? I tried to post a screenshot. I can't see anything, but I may be having browser issues.
short answer is that I built the Survival kit on the mission before I cleared the busted containers. It wouldn't clear the Kit as created because I had already done it. May just need a quick check programmed in before things kickoff just to make sure some crazy engineer hasn't gone full OCD and started fixing everything before they were told to.

Possibly related: The research outpost quest has a blocking bug. I repaired the wrong battery out of sequence and now it's not updating that it's repaired. Everything is repaired.

I have been getting this issue. It hasn't been too bothersome, but the objectives won't update from time to time. I have to abandon and restart the missions for them to clear properly and typically the mission starts from the beginning but I still retain all the loot from the pervious attempt... I am also not running the game on an SSD.
