Survival Objectives- Fragile

Currently my Survival Objective is broken. This is the 3rd time its broken. The first time- I determined the best course of action was just to start a new save. The secone I was able to undo with a helpful autosave back-load.

1st was when I was supposed to fuel up the Hydrogen powered ship- with 2k Ice by putting it in the cargo container. What I impulsively did was put about 1k in and then flew that Hyd Ship back to the ice mine to fill it up. The mission did not like this. I never got credit for putting ice in the container afterword, and even on the pad..

2nd time: At the starter station outside the Safe Zone station. When you have a mission to repair the ore detector. Again, impulsively i ground it down and tried putting it on the Hyd ship. Well i didnt get mission credit for building it on my ship or once i tried to replace it on the base. (Autosave Back-load)

And most recently: I dont think i can outsmart my way out of this bug... The objective that sends you out to repair and eventually use the Smelter and Assembler. "Use the Smelter and Assembler to manufacture the following components and move them to your inventory"... What following parts? Theres no list there that I can see.
