Phantom Movement of Ship

- I was installing small cargo containers on a modified version of the tutorial hydrogen ship which was shut off and parked on voxel terrain.

- I was filling the cargo containers up.

- When I got in my ship and started it up (powered it on) and un-parked it, it began to to roll to the left side. My ship rolled upside down and there was nothing I could do to bring it right side up. Multiple shut downs and restarts later and my ship was still on it's side.

- I installed a large thruster on top of it and more gyroscopes, I managed to fight against the phantom roll to the left and get the ship right side up and park it before it rolled to the left again.

- After awhile I started the ship again (powered it on) and unparked it, and the phantom movement was gone and the ship flew normally and didn't want to roll to the left anymore.

i was getting this exact same phantom roll and tried similar solutions

Also good to note; when you latch onto a free (meaning a grid that can move or non-static grid) grid in gravity, the ship will look like it slowly falls from an outside perspective, while when in the cockpit, the grid looks like it pitches up and down slightly while falling slowly to the ground.

Mine was the atmospheric Grasshopper, rolled right, onto its back. Amongst the many struggles to try to get it rolled back upright, at one point I wound up leaving the cockpit and being shoved right inside the terrain voxel, where I couldn't get out (likely a different bug?). I finally just gave up, concluding that one of my thrusters had also clipped into the ground.

Restarted my save, as backups didn't go far enough back to recover from this event.

My report maybe could be related with the phantom thrust override kicking in after the ship's power consumption passes 100%

Yeah, I ran into this, it felt like the gyros stopped gyroing properly. I even put a couple more on quickly and same result (I had managed to get the atmospheric ship landing gear latched to stop it temporarily), I was unable to recover it. I ended up grinding the ship up for parts and grabbing one of the other grasshoppers which worked fine.
